CA Shriram Agrawal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bharat (FCA) with extensive experience spanning audit, corporate finance, taxation and financial advisory. He holds specialized expertise in indirect taxes, corporate restructuring, statutory and concurrent audits and fiscal compliance for manufacturing entities, infrastructure projects and corporate enterprises.

Dr. Dharna Tiwari is an environmental scientist and sustainability advisor with over 17 years of experience in environmental impact assessment, waste management, regulatory compliance and sustainable infrastructure planning. A Ph.D. in E-Waste Management and Gold Medallist in Environmental Microbiology, she brings strong scientific depth and applied sector expertise to SPL.
