Decentralised Facilities

Ward-level and on-site waste processing systems eliminating transport emissions through localized resource recovery and community circularity.

Decentralised waste management treats organic and recyclable waste directly at or adjacent to the point of generation. Shrivanta executes proven decentralized models for municipal corporations and Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs)—such as our landmark deployments across Shahdara South Zone (MC Delhi) and Greater Noida (GNIDA).

By establishing localized micro-MRFs, decentralized composting sheds, and on-site digestors, we prevent wet waste from entering landfills, eliminate long-distance transport pollution, and return valuable compost and fuel to local communities.

🍃

On-Site Organic Processing

Aerobic composting pits, rotary drum composters, and compact biomethanation units processing food and horticulture waste within hours.

📦

Micro-MRF Dry Recovery

Localized dry sorting stations where paper, cardboard, multi-layer plastics, and metals are baled and channeled to recyclers.

📋

BWG Compliance Architecture

Turnkey design and operations enabling bulk generators (>100 kg/day) to meet statutory on-site processing mandates under SWM Rules 2016.

📉

Zero-Waste Ward Modeling

Achieves up to 85% localized waste diversion, cutting municipal tipper trip frequency, diesel consumption, and secondary tipping fees.

Design Parameter Engineering Standard
Processing Capacity 500 kg/day to 15 TPD per ward-level facility
Core Technologies Rapid mechanical digestors, micro-biogas, aerated composting beds, balers
Land Requirement 150 m² to 1,500 m² compact modular footprint
Composting Cycle 24-hour accelerated digestor / 14–21 day organic windrow curing
Output Standards FCO compliant organic bio-fertilizer + high-calorific biogas + recyclable bales
