About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Consultancy Division. The role involves driving strategic advisory services in waste management, environmental compliance, audits, and infrastructure solutions for government and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the consultancy vertical across diverse sectors
- Develop & deliver strategic solutions in waste management, environment, water, smart cities, etc.
- Oversee EIA, compliance audits, DPRs, feasibility studies & technical advisory projects.
- Build client relationships with Govt. bodies, ULBs, PSUs & private entities
- Lead proposal development, budgeting, and business development initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in consultancy, advisory, or project management in environment / infrastructure sectors
- Experience working with Government / Public Sector / Multilateral agencies is highly preferred

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven leader to head our Services Division. The role focuses on operations, maintenance, project execution, client servicing, and ensuring excellence in service delivery across waste management and environmental infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations and maintenance of waste management & environmental facilities
- Lead service delivery in door-to-door collection, facility O&M, and allied services
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, compliance and quality standards
- Manage P&L, budgeting, vendor management, and contract compliance
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Environmental, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in operations, facility management or O&M in waste management / environmental sector
- Strong experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations
